Healthy Meatloaf

1 lb extra lean ground beef 3/4 cup oatmeal
1 small onion, finely diced 1 stalk celery, finely diced
1 carrot, finely grated 1/2 cup plain lowfat yogurt
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped 2 tablespoons chili sauce
1/2 teaspoon thyme 1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon peper

Glaze
1/2 cup tomato sauce 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 tablespoon brown sugar 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Combine all, mix well.
Mound in metal pie tin.
Top with glaze.
Bake at 350 for 45 to 55 minutes.
Serves 4 to 6.
