As a base use a bag of Mann's Broccoli Cole Slaw (16 oz.). As a
substitute you could use a food processor to slice into "strings" a mix
of hearts of broccoli, carrots, and red cabbage.
1 bag Mann's Broccoli Cole Slaw
2 cups pineapple chunks
1/2 cup almonds, sliced
2 cups apples, diced
1 cup refrigerated cole slaw dressing (see note)
1/2 cups raisins, optional
1 cup pears, optional (1 good sized fresh pear will be 1 cup)
In a large bowl combine ingredients. Add dressing. Blend thorougly.
You can substitute sunflower seeds for the almonds.
To make dressing:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon salt
