Mango Shrimp Avocado Salad
    Prepare cocktail shrimp:
    Cocktail shrimp (24 to 30 count). Remove tails, slice each piece into 3
      parts. Saute lightly in butter then place in refrigerator to chill.
    
    
    
      - Half avocado, place on salad plate, slice in a fan shape.
 
      - Drizzle on top 2 tablespoons mixture of mayonnaise, white wine
        vinegar, sugar.
 
      - On top of that drizzle 2 to 4 tablespoons of mango salsa (Costco).
 
      - On top of that sprinkle radish slices for crunch.
 
      - On top of that place 4-6 tablespoons of cocktail shrimp.
