Arch Cape maintains a waste water treatment facility and a water purfication facilty.
The north end of Arch Cape has a spring fed water distribution system.
Arch Cape has two utility districts, the Arch Cape Sanitary Distruct which operates the waste water treatment plant, and the Arch Cape Water District which operates the water purfication facilty used by all residents with the execption of the north end of Arch Cape.
The plant manager is Tom Merrell.
