Water Leak & Irrigation Report Process

Customers experiencing an unanticipated water leak and associated water excess usage charges

may fill out the following form with attached invoice copies and forward it to the districts

for billing relief credit memos:  Water Leak Credit Request Form

All customers maintaining an irrigation system must submit the following annual report

showing the condition of their system to the district by May 1st of each year  to obtain

billing relief consideration for an irrigation system failure:  Annual Irrigation Report Form
