The water district billing is quarterly.
For users with a 3/4 inch service connection the rate structure is:
Water Monthly Base Rate: .................... $47
Water Quarterly Debt Surcharge: ........ $47

This results in a bill of $188 every three months.

A 1 inch service connection is $53 per month for a bill of $206
every three months.

Water use over 5,000 gallons per month is billed in 100
gallon increments and priced as follows:
