Status of the Arch Cape Treatment
Plant Upgrade

The
existing waste water treatment plant has reached the end of its
design life as well as maximum capacity.
On
November 8th
2005, 89% of the voters approved a $2,500,000 general obligation bond
to finance the capital cost to upgrade and expand the existing
facility.
